HOT BEEF 
3-4 lb. chuck roast
Chopped onions
1 jar mild pepper rings, juice included

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Cook until meat is very tender. Then remove meat etc. and break into bite-size pieces. Put juice in refrigerator to congeal the grease. Then remove. Put meat etc. back into juice. Good as a sandwich or over noodles or rice.
