EGG DUMPLINGS FOR BAKED KRAUT
WITH PORK
 
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 rounded tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix egg with milk and flour, salt and baking powder. Beat until thick enough to drop from spoon onto baked kraut, 15 or 20 minutes before serving.
