SOUP EGG DUMPLINGS 
2 eggs
Dash of salt and pepper
3/4 c. milk

In medium bowl, beat eggs with fork. Add remaining ingredients and enough flour to make a thick batter (3-4 cups). Drop dumplings from spoon into boiling soup, dipping spoon each time. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
