DIABETIC JELLO MOLD 
2 c. unsweetened fruit cocktail (reserve juice)
3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. Equal
3 oz. sugar free lime gelatin

Mix Jello and Equal together. Add cream cheese and dissolve in 1 cup boiling water. Add water to reserved juice to make 3/4 cup. Add to mixture. fold in fruit when mixture is partially set. Calories 1 serving = 97.
