POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Have butter room temperature. Cream and add sugar. Cream well. Add flour; mix well. Add crushed potato chips and pecans and flavoring. (I work the potato chips and pecans with my hands.) Drop on cookie sheet with teaspoon. Flatten with fork. Bake 350 degree oven for about 6 to 10 minutes.
