POTATO CASSEROLE SUPREME 
9 med. baking potatoes
1 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. warm milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped

Peel and boil potatoes until tender. Drain and beat until fluffy. Add butter, seasonings and milk. Check seasonings. Turn into buttered shallow baking dish. Fold cheese into whipped cream and spread over potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Casserole may be prepared ahead of time, the topping added just before baking.
