CRAWFISH OR SHRIMP ETOUFFEE 
1 lb. crawfish or shrimp
1 stick butter
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 pods garlic, minced
Green onions
Parsley

Saute chopped vegetables in butter. Add soup and water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add crawfish or shrimp, green onion and parsley. Cook for 15 minutes.
