LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. browned hamburger
32 oz. Ragu (extra thick and zesty)
6 oz. tomato sauce
1 sm. can mushrooms

CHEESE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/4 c. milk

Lasagna noodles

Mix ingredients together for meat sauce and simmer 1/2 hour. Melt butter in microwave. Add flour and Parmesan cheese. Mix and heat 1 minute. Add milk and continue cooking until thick. Stir every minute. Will thicken more upon cooling.

Cook lasagna noodles. Layer 9x13 baking dish with 1/2 of meat sauce then layer of noodles then layer of cheese sauce. Repeat layer of noodles then 1/2 of grated Mozzarella. Another layer of noodles then rest of meat sauce and cheese sauce and remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. 10 to 12 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
