CARROT-RAISIN SALAD 
1 1/2 pkgs. carrots
2 c. raisins
4 lg. red apples
1 (12 oz.) can pineapple
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Slice carrots; cut pineapples in small squares. Place in a bowl. Peel and cut apples. Mix everything with Philadelphia cream cheese. Soften in microwave and add a little mayonnaise.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
