CARROT - RAISIN - PINEAPPLE
SALAD
 
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. raisins, slightly boiled
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drain)
1/2 c. chopped celery

Mix all ingredients; sprinkle with 2 packages Sweet-n-Low and mix well again.l Add 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise; mix well together. (I use lowfat yogurt.) Cover; refrigerate until time to serve.
