1 med. raw head cauliflower, sliced thin
1/4 c. minced green onion
1/2 c. minced celery leaves
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. French dressing
1 tsp. caraway seed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
Lettuce leaves

Combine cauliflower, onion, celery leaves and celery. Combine sour cream, French dressing, caraway seed and salt. Toss with vegetables until well blended. Serve in bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
