HOT COCOA FOR A CROWD 
1 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. hot water
4 qt. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Stir together cocoa, sugar, and salt in a 6 quart saucepan or kettle. Slowly stir in hot water. Boil gently over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk, stir and heat thoroughly. Do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Beat with a rotary beater until foamy. Serve hot. Makes 4 1/2 quarts or 24 (6 ounce) servings.
