1 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 8x8x2 pan.

Sprinkle first 4 ingredients in pan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour evenly over dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Insert knife to see if done. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
