ZUCCHINI BAKE 
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. chopped fresh or dried parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. oil
3 to 4 c. thinly sliced zucchini

Mix all ingredients except the zucchini. Pour this mixture over the zucchini slices. Grease well a 9x12 inch pan. Pour entire mixture into the pan, spreading it out and pressing it down. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
