BRENDA'S POTATO BAKE 
4 c. grated fresh potatoes
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 diced onion
8 oz. sharp cheddar or American cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed corn flakes on top. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees or if using glass dish, bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
