CREAMY HAM AND POTATO BAKE 
2 cups diced potatoes
2 cups cubed, cooked ham
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup half and half
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne or hot pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on medium power (50%) for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese just begins to melt. Stir occasionally. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
