2-4 tbsp. melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
4 baking potatoes, halved lengthwise

Combine first 3 ingredients. Brush potatoes with mixture. Arrange potatoes cut side down. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes. You may turn and baste potatoes if you like. (You might also consider melting the butter right in the pan. Add garlic and Tabasco, then roll the potatoes in the pan mixture.) Makes 4 servings.
