SWEET POTATO BAKE 
6 med. red yams
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts (if desired)
Marshmallows
Crushed corn flakes

Cook yams until tender, then mash. Mix yams, butter, sugar and nuts together. Sprinkle bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan with corn flake crumbs. Drop yam mixture by tablespoons into pan. Press marshmallows into center of each tablespoon. Sprinkle generously with crumbs again. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
