KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 cooked chicken, diced
1 onion and 1 bell pepper, diced, sauteed in butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles, drained
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas
Chili powder

Mix chicken, onion, pepper, soups and tomato well. Line bottom of large buttered casserole with 6 tortillas. Add 1/2 of chicken mixture over tortillas in 2 layers. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over this and sprinkle with chili powder. Repeat layers. Cover tightly and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
