YEAST CORN MUFFINS 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. oil
1 yeast cake

Stir all ingredients together. Bake in greased muffin pan at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
