MUSTARD SAUCE 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. vinegar

Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat and cool. In a small bowl beat egg, sugars, mustard, salt and pepper well. Beat in vinegar. Stir this mixture into cooled butter and mix well. Heat to boil stirring and then reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes serve warm over ham, or corned beef (Makes 1 cup).
