BARBECUE SAUCE | |
1/2 c. lemon juice 1/3 c. cider vinegar 1/4 c. cold water 1/4 c. tomato juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Sugar substitute to equal 4 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. red pepper 1/8 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. liquid pepper Combine ingredients in saucepan. Heat to boiling. Cool and refrigerate until served. Yield: 1 1/4 cups. Each serving: 2 tablespoons. Free food (up to 2 servings per day). |
