CHICKEN BARBECUE SAUCE 
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar (lemon juice may be substituted)
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
3 or 4 cloves garlic, sliced or diced

Boil chicken and set aside. Next put ingredients in a saucepan and boil. Marinate chicken overnight in the mixture for grilling the next day. If you prefer spicy sauce, add more Tabasco, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Save some of the sauce for adding after it is grilled.
