1 egg
1 c. oil
4 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. vinegar (warm up)

Beat egg and oil. Add salt, poultry seasoning, pepper and vinegar. Beat. Makes enough sauce for approximately 4 chickens. Can make 1/2 recipe.
