HUNTING CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 lb. chicken
4 c. broth
8 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
2 c. regular or shell macaroni
1/2 lb. cheese, cubed
4 c. bread crumbs or stuffing mix
2 tbsp. butter

Cook, season, and bone the chicken. Thicken broth with flour to make gravy. Cook macaroni and add cheese. Put in a 9x13 casserole. Pour gravy over all. Top with buttered crumbs or stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
