SWISS CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. diced chicken
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. toasted bread cubes or seasoned prepared cubes
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Swiss cheese strips, slivered almonds or sesame seeds

Mix together mayonnaise, milk, and salt. Brown chicken or steam until done, reserve all stock for gravy. Toss above ingredients and top with almonds or seeds and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Make gravy, if desired, and pour over top when serving. I would think leftover turkey could be used in this recipe. Serves 6-8.
