BROWN RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1 can onion soup
1 can beef bouillon
1 c. long grain white rice
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

Melt butter. Add onion soup, bouillon, rice and mushrooms. Stir to mix. Pour into 2 quart casserole and bake 1 hour in a 325 degree oven.
