BARBECUE CHICKEN 
2 to 3 lb. chicken
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 stick butter
2 c. water

Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Place chicken in 13 x 9 casserole dish. Pour mixture over chicken.

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°F.
