BAKED FISH FILLETS | |
1 lb. fish fillets 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. paprika 3 tbsp. melted butter 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs 1 tbsp. parsley Place fish in greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika and dash salt and pepper. In saucepan, blend 1 tablespoon butter with flour and dash of salt and pepper; add milk all at once. Cook and stir until thick; pour over fish. Sprinkle with remaining butter and bread crumbs. Cook for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. 3 servings. |
