COMPANY CHEESECAKE | |
Crust: 1-3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 stick softened butter 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. ground walnuts or pecans 1/4 c. sugar Add all ingredients together and press into a spring form pan. Set aside. Filling: 3 eggs 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. almond extract 2 (16 oz.) containers sour cream 1/4 tsp. salt Beat eggs, add cream cheese and sugar, mix well. Add rest of ingredients and pour into crust. Place in 375°F oven for about 30-35 minutes, until set, then place in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours. Filling will be soft. |
