COMPANY CHEESECAKE 
PIE CRUST:

1 3/4 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

3 well beaten eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
3 c. dairy sour cream

PIE CRUST: Combine ingredients for pie crust and press on bottom and sides of deep 9" pie pan.

FILLING: Beat until smooth all pie filling ingredients, but sour cream. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees about 35 minutes or until just set. Cool. Chill 4 to 5 hours. (Filling will be soft.)
