CRAB QUICHE 
1 Pie Shell
1 can of crab meat
1 c. half and half
1 small minced onion
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
a dash of nutmeg
a dash of pepper
a dash of salt
4 eggs

Mix crab, onion, cheese and pour liquid over; put mixture in pie shell.

Bake at 375°F for approximately 40/45 minutes.
