DEEP-FRIED CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken
1 bottle fried chicken seasoning
3 gal. peanut oil (can be reused)

You also need a turkey fryer.

Wash chicken thoroughly. Completely coat chicken with seasoning. Heat oil to 350°F. Put chicken on stand provided with turkey fryer. Put chicken in oil slowly. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, depending upon size of chicken.
