Make beer batter. Dust in batter or flour first then dip in beer batter. Deep fry. Makes 4 servings.

Very very good, great for chicken legs. I found if you let your opened beer set out and go flat at room temperature before making your batter its mixes a lot better. Also after making your beer batter let it stand for 30 minutes before dipping chicken. Yum!
