MUSHROOM MEATLOAF 
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. each garlic and onion powder
2/3 cup beef broth or milk
1 egg
ketchup and/or chili sauce

Drain mushrooms. Add enough milk or beef broth to liquid to measure 2/3 cup.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except ketchup/chili sauce. On a baking sheet, shape into 2 loaves and place on a shallow roasting rack. Brush with ketchup/chili sauce.

Season top with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, if desired.

Bake in 350°F oven for 45-50 minutes, until center temperature reaches 145°F and meatloaf is browned.

Serve with mashed potatoes and beef gravy.
