EVERYDAY EASY BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. soy sauce
Dash of pepper
1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen broccoli cuts or 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears, cooked & drained
1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Combine soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper. In 10 x 6 inch baking dish, layer 1/2 of the broccoli, 1/2 of the soup mixture, 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 can of the onions. Top with remaining broccoli, soup mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with remaining onions; bake 5 minutes.

To microwave: Cover with waxed paper, microwave on high 8 minutes, rotating dish halfway through heating. Top with remaining onions. Microwave, uncovered for 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
