SPEEDY SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. shortening
2 (10 oz.) cans spaghetti sauce
4 c. cooked spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

Mix beef, bread crumbs, seasonings and milk until well blended. Shape into about 20 small balls. Roll in flour. Melt shortening in fry pan and brown balls on all sides. Pour spaghetti sauce over meatballs. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
