SPAGHETTI SAUCE WITH MEATBALLS 
3 sm. tomato sauce
3 sm. tomato paste
1 lg. tomato juice
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/3-1/2 lg. can water
1/2 tsp. garlic juice or powder
1/2 c. red wine
1/4-1/3 c. Romano cheese

Add browned meatballs. Simmer at least 2 hours, longer is better.

MEATBALLS:

3 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. minced onions
1 tbsp. parsley
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. Romano cheese

Form in firm balls. Brown well. Add to sauce.
