LASAGNA 
1 lb. lasagna noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 lg. jar Ragu sauce
1 lb. ricotta or cottage cheese
2 eggs
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
12 oz. American cheese, grated

Cook noodles according to directions on package. Brown meat and drain grease. Cover bottom of 9x13 inch pan with a thin layer of sauce. Combine remainder of Ragu sauce with meat. Mix ricotta or cottage cheese with eggs.

Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce and cheeses. Repeat this process 2 more times, ending with meat sauce and cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, approximately 1 hour.
