6 oz. cheddar cheese (1 1/2 c. shredded)
Plain tortilla chips
Taco sauce (if you like)

Turn oven to 400 degrees. Spread tortilla chips in a single layer in the 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan or 12 inch pizza pan. (You'll need about 30 chips.) Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chips. Put pan into the hot oven. Bake for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts. Dip nachos into taco sauce as you eat them.
