SUPER SUPPER NACHO 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 lg. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
1 (31 oz.) can refried beans
1 (3 oz.) can chopped green chilies
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. prepared taco sauce
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 c. prepared guacamole. optional
1 c. ripe olives
1/2 c. sour cream (or more)
Corn chips

Brown beef, sausage and onion. Drain and season with salt and the liquid hot pepper sauce. Spread bean dip 9x13 inch pan. Top with meat mixture and sprinkle chilies over all. Cover with cheese and drizzle with taco sauce. Cover and chill if made ahead. Bake, uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and garnish with green onion, olives, guacamole and sour cream. Serve with corn chips tucked around. Spread as an appetizer or remove from oven, spoon over corn chips on individual plated and garnish with toppings.
