NACHO MIX 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 (2 lb.) Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cayenne pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1 lb. hot Jimmy Dean Sausage
Garlic season salt

Brown ground chuck, sausage and onions. Drain fat. Melt cheese in microwave. Combine tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, melted cheese with meat mixture. Stir and season to taste with cayenne pepper and garlic salt. Cook 30 minutes in crockpot. Serve with nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
