PISTACHIO CAKE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. milk
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. box pistachio instant pudding mix
Green food coloring to desired color
Extra nuts (optional, any kind)

Add all ingredients and beat with mixer for 4 minutes. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Bake in a tube pan or Bundt pan.
