CHICKEN-FRUIT PARTY SALAD 
2 c. cooked, cold chicken, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sweet green or red seedless grapes, halved
1 c. pineapple, drained & chopped (opt.)
Olives
Pickles
1/2 c. salted almonds
Lettuce

Combine chicken, celery, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, grapes and pineapple, if desired. Mix thoroughly. Chill. Arrange in lettuce cups and garnish with olives, almonds and pickles. Serves 6.
