CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
2 lb. (10 pieces) chicken
2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/4 c. salad oil
1 pkg. Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix
1 lg. can chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. sauterne

Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt. Brown in oil in large skillet. Remove chicken, drain fat. Blend spaghetti sauce mix and tomatoes in skillet. Add chicken. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add sauterne and continue simmering uncovered for 15 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti or rice. Serves 4 to 6.
