MALTED MOCHA BARS 
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. flour

Mix until crumbly, then press into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat 3 eggs and then add: 1/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. chocolate malted milk powder

Stir in: 1 c. coconut 1 c. pecans or nuts

Spread over first layer, return to oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool, then frost with: 1/2 tsp. cocoa 2 tsp. boiling water 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Beat these ingredients until smooth. Add a few drops of water if necessary.
