EASY LEMON DESSERT 
12-15 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 lg. can frozen lemon juice, partially thawed
Whipped cream

Melt butter and add crackers and sugar. Pat into pie pan. Into softened ice cream beat in partially thawed lemon juice with electric mixer. Pour in shell and freeze. Serve with whipped cream.
