SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
3 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. raisins
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar

In 2 quart saucepan, combine well beaten egg yolks with sour cream. Mix cornstarch with lemon juice, then add sugar. Add to sour cream mixture and cook over medium heat. Add butter, salt, and raisins. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour into baked pie shell.

For meringue, beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar. Spoon on top of pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
