SOUR CREAM BROWNIES 
1/2 lb. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs

Cook butter, cocoa and water until it comes to a boil. Add it to the flour and sugar. Beat until smooth. Add sour cream and eggs. Bake in 17 inch cookie pan for 25 minutes and spread icing while hot.

ICING:

1/2 lb. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. milk

Bring to a boil and pour over a (1 lb.) box of confectioners sugar. Beat until smooth and spread over brownies.
