SOUR CREAM BROWNIE 
Boil:

2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

After you mix butter, water and cocoa. Mix in eggs, sugar, flour, salt and soda. Mix well. Add sour cream. Bake in large greased and floured pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Five minutes before cake is done, make icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter, softened
7 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners' sugar

Beat well and pour over cake while still hot. Makes about 20 squares.
